  • Prices are based on a multiple courier system
  • Couriers can be selected when a delivery address has been added
  • If the weight of your order exceeds Royal Mail service (over 1kg UK / 2kg Europe & Rest of the World), ParcelForce service will be selected automatically

 

Courier Services

Courier Service
Royal Mail Non-tracked postage with no signature on delivery required. This is for lower weight and lower value items.
ParcelForce Insured and tracked service requiring a signature.
Some high value items such as jewellery, homewares and leather goods are only eligible for ParcelForce courier service and will be automatically added at Basket Summary stage.

 

 

Despatch

  • We will endeavour to despatch your goods within 5 working days, provided the goods are in stock.
  • You should expect to receive your goods within 7-10 working days of the date of placing your order.
  • Please note that if you are ordering goods for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes.
  • Europe denotes EU countries and some European Countries outside the EU will be included in the Worldwide postage rates.
