Delivery
Delivery charges are detailed in the table below, and are based on the total weight value of your order and delivery address.
The charges are based on a two-tier courier system to provide the best value postage options for our customers. Courier options will be presented prior to shopping basket summary when a delivery address has been entered. If the weight of the order exceeds a Royal Mail courier service option, Parcelforce courier service will be added automatically to the basket.
Courier Services
Royal Mail - Non-tracked postage using Royal Mail. No signage on delivery required. This is for lower weight and lower value items
Parcelforce - Insured and tracked service requiring signature.
Some high value items such as jewellery, homewares and leather goods are only eligible for Parelforce courier service and will be automatically added at Basket Summary stage.
Despatch - We will endeavour to despatch your goods within 5 working days, provided the goods are in stock. You should expect to receive your goods within 7 – 10 working days of the date of placing your order.
